Website Services:

Website Hosting - $180.00 per year

If you already have your site designed and just need a place to host it or if we have designed it for you, this is the annual fee for hosting.  This includes 10 basic email accounts with a limit of 7MB for each mailbox.

Basic Website Design - $599.00

This is for our basic website design.  This includes getting your site set up with the content that you provide to us and includes 2 hours of training on the Content Management System if you would like to administer the site yourself.

Advanced Website Design – Call

If you would like a totally customized site, we can set up an appointment and assign a project manager to the job.  This is for larger websites that need special attention and custom work.  Call us or email us for pricing.

Monthly Website Maintenance - $20.00/month

Do you have a site that needs to be updated often?  If you would like us to update your site on a monthly basis, we can take care of any site changes that you may need.   With this option, the site will be updated twice a month.  All you need to do is email us the changes you want and we will take care of the rest.  This service is optional but can come in handy for the busy office.

Email Services:

Enhanced Email - $2/month per account

If you find that you need more space for email and want an enhanced user experience with the web based email client, you need to upgrade to our Enhanced Email service.  With these accounts, you get 10 GB of storage so you have plenty of room for large email accounts.  These accounts also have SPAM protection built in.  Virtually no spam is allowed through these accounts and if something makes it by the filter, it is easy to add it to the block list.

Premier Email Hosting (Exchange) $14.50/month per account

Do you have Multiple Devices that you use and want to keep all of your email in sync?  This account is designed to use Microsoft Exchange and seamlessly connect with Microsoft Outlook.  This is perfect if you have a desktop and laptop that need to be in sync.

 Exchange for Mobile Devices:  I phone - $5/month per account Blackberry - $12/month per account

If you choose the Premier Email package, you can also have all of your email, contacts and calendars pushed over the air with your mobile device.  You will be able to have all contacts, email and calendars, on your laptop, desktop, phone and web access.  Never lose an email or miss a meeting again.

Other Services:

Cloud Drive - $10/month 10 GB of data

Worried about losing important files or need to share files between computers and don’t want to bring an external drive with you?  Get a cloud drive for $10 per month and you have 10 GB of space to backup important files or share them.  If you need more space, contact us for a quote today.
